• Assessment of accounting processes required
• Accounting system set-up and operation - Banklink accounting and MYOB are systems of preference but we can work with most accounting systems
• Financial Statements preparation

Our focus is on getting your systems set-up and processes operating correctly and efficiently. We are happy to manage as much or as little of this as suits. Keeping the processes working well will also reduce time and costs at year end.

Taxation

• GST – preparation of returns and advice
• PAYE, FBT, WT – advice. We can also prepare these returns for you but we find most clients prefer to do this with our advice.
• Income Tax – annual return preparation
• Income Tax Planning and Advice – Early planning and advice will ensure you are aware of any issues ahead of time and ensure you are not paying more tax than you should.

Other Business Services

• Set-up and review of business structures – we ensure appropriate asset and value protection structures (eg. Company, Trust, Partnership etc) are put in place. Processes and structures need to as comprehensive as required and as simple as possible. We aim to make the whole process as smooth and hassle free for you and ensure taxation planning is well considered.
• Business Valuation preparation
• Management accounting – preparation of up-to-date profit & loss reports or cash flows.
• Business Partnership – as well as partnering with you, the client we also work closely with a select few professionals including Lawyers, Financial Planners and Business Coaches. This allows us to specialise and provide up-to-date accounting, taxation and business advice and provide appropriate referrals when required.
