Service Scope

Any business or tax question you have we will be able to provide an answer to. Anything from deductibility of expenditure for tax to how best to structure your business.

No matter where you are in the business cycle, start up, planning to do so, planning retirement or if you think it is time for an independent review of how you are currently operating.

We have significant in house experience and technical knowledge. We also have external professional resources available to us.

How to:

Register: Follow the prompts to create a free account so that you can use our online Consultation Service. Enter your name, a user name, email and password. Register here now.

Login: With the user name and password you just created, enter them into the 'Client Login' form in the right column.

Ask a Question: Once you are logged you will see 'My Menu' appear in the right column. Click on the 'New Enquiry' link to ask your question. You can provide other information such as a business name if you need it for GST or Tax purposes. Once you have entered your question, click the 'Submit' button below the form.

View My Enquiries: To view your enquiry, click on the 'My Enquiries' link in the right column. This will display a list your question(s) and their status. To view the full details, click the subject name. If you need to discuss your question more with our staff, you can by clicking on the 'View Discussion' link and enter more information about your enquiry and our staff will reply back shortly.

View the quote: Once you have asked your question you will get a response either advising the cost for providing the advice or asking for more information. Your enquiry status will change to 'Quote Submitted'. To view the quote, click on the subject name and then on the 'View Quote' link. Once you give the ok, the advice will proceed to after payment.

Make Payment & Receive Advice: To agree on the fee and make payment, click on the 'Pay Now' button on the 'View Quote' page. You will be directed to the ANZ eGate secure page where you can pay by Visa or Mastercard. Once the payment is completed, the advice will be provided.

Cost

The cost will vary depending on the nature of the advice. No fee is charged until the question has been considered and fee quote provided. There is no obligation to purchase the advice when you ask a question.

Secure Payment

Our website uses ANZ eGate™ to process credit card transactions and do not store any credit card details. ANZ eGate™ is 3D Secure - Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode to make Internet transactions safer by authenticating a cardholder’s identity at the time of purchase.

Timing

Initial Reply: A response and fee quote for advice will be provided by the end of the working day following your enquiry.

Advice: Written advice will vary but will usually be within two working days of accepting the Fee Quote. If for any reason this is going to take longer we will be in contact to advise you accordingly.
